3 x Ultralight Malt Extract | LME | 3 LB cans

Sweet Orange Peel (2 oz)

CellarScience® Nectar Dry Yeast | 12 g

1 x Nectaron® Hop Pellets 1 oz.

Bring to a boil Ultralight Liquid Malt Extract to a boil, careful not to scorch at the bottom of kettle/s. After 30 minutes of boil, turn off and add a hop sack of Nectron hops and Dried sweet orange peel and let steep for just 30 minutes. Turn off and let cool until 80 degrees F., Pour kettle/s into fermentor. Then pour in dried yeast into fermentor. When fermented, bottle a minimum of one month or longer at room temperature.
