A Kellerbier pumped up Munich Helles. Enhanced malt and hops levels. Carapils for foam stability. 1-step decoction mash. Infuse to132F,hold 15 min. Infuse boiling to 145F, hold 40 min. Pull 1/3 decoction, heat to 160F, hold 15 min, raise to boil. Return to get 155F, hold 20 min. Infuse boiling to get 170F mash out. Recirc 10 min, collect in boiler.
