6/30/25: Actual brew with 10g Saaz hops. 20min wort boil, 15 min with hops and finings. cold bath for at least 10 min. Gravity 1.031 at 117 degrees, corrects to 1.039 at 70. added yeast (temp at 109 degrees). 4-8oz excess wort. could have boiled longer, could have measured better.
