Notes

12g priming for 1 gal mini keg
Experimental 1 gallon smash, did not have my hydrometer with me so did not take OG and FG, but who cares, if it tastes good.

Pre kegging notes:
Quite dry and bitter, but otherwise reasonable flavour. Nice malty, possibly sweet flavour - potential for a very nice dry bitter!

You absolutely can. This recipe was cracking, was a lovely rich english bitter, went down very well with my bitter/brown ale loving friends.
If you want more late addition hops, feel free, but as it is, the recipe is well worth a try!
No idea how strong it was because I didn't have my hydrometer when I made this, but who cares when it is this delicious!
