Notes

Brewed a quick batch of 50/50 barley and home malted Turkey Red Wheat.
Started mash at 154F (dont know why, just did) for 45 minutes.
Drained grain from bag.
Added hops and boiled for 40 minutes.
Transferred to star-san'd carboy and drove directly to campground in KY.
Transferred a little over half of the wort to 7 large jars and covered with cut clean percale sheet squares.
Placed under various blueberry bushes and other interesting flora around 9-10 PM. Temp was about 50-70F.
Picked them up and placed lids on around 8-9 AM the following morning.
Left in jars for about 12 hours and returned home.
Poured the jars back into carboy via funnel that night around 10 PM.
Signs of fermentation began 36-48 hours later.
