Notes

my first experimental smash beer
I will try to update with tasting notes
This is going into a 5L mini keg like you buy in shops (hopefully reusable) - prime more for bottles

1/4th packet of harris beer yeast

4/6/23

Consumed on 2/7/23.

Recipe maker tried this beer - was very nice, slightly lacking on the challenger aroma so more dry hopping or flame out hops could be implemented but otherwise very nice and was perfect in a 5L mini keg for a small gathering.
