Notes

Did a no-sparge brew:

Mashed in with 34 liters of water, no mineral additions, 3.5 ml lactic acid, 1 gram SMB, 1 gram Ascorbic Acid and 1 gram Cinnamon (will this be the most crispy thing ever) for Antioxidant Action.

Mashed in at 63 degrees, held there for 60 minutes and ramped up untill mashout at 76 degrees. Then let run off into BK.

Added teaspoon of yeastlife extra, cooled to 14 C before pitching 2 packs of W34/70
