Notes

Use 4.5lb of fresh or frozen blackberries and peaches each

Primary fermentor- Take 1/2 (2.25lbs) each of the fruit and mix it with water and heat to get a syrup. After add this to the primary.

Secondary- Add the rest of the fruit to the secondary directly when transferring.
