Notes

5/2/2020-My version of the AHA Big Brew. Quarantine, so no friends coming by to help out. Trying to use the Azacca hops I bought, never tried them before. Thought about just doing a PA, but I have one on tap (Oceanic Saints) and I want something stronger and more bitter, so this SMaSH. The oats are just for head, and the amber is just to add a little color. Otherwise, all I should taste is Maris Otter.
