1 OZ Citra and Amarillo add to brite tank for 3 days

When fermentation nearing completion raise the temp at first dry hops and raise temp to 70-72 degrees

After fermentation is complete, rack to brite tank and ass 2nd dry hope for 3 days (70-72) degrees and then keg
