Travail sur la pumpkin :

en boil : jus que l'on extrait à l'aide d'une centrifugeuse. Ajouter la moitié en début d'ébullition et l'autre en même temps que les épices.

Volume à ajouter 1 à 1,5 L

Epice à ajouter en boil 5min : coriandre, gingembre, 2 clous de girofle. (en sachet à houblon)
