Notes

This is the standard Irish Red Ale all grain kit from Midwest Supplies. I've brewed their extract kit of this beer and brewing this all grain version on 7/13/2019.

Fermentation schedule: 2 week primary in bottling bucket. Transfer to 5 gal plastic siphonless big bubbler for 2 weeks. 1st brew to get kegged.
