  • Need to use sous-vide to get higher temperature for Mash
  • 1-2 LB of Malt added to recipe, cooler can handle it
  • Too much sparge, get rid of sparge all together
  • Add lactose and dextrose closer to flame out i.e. within last 5 minutes
