Notes

Make a syrup using 8lbs of black berries smashed and boiled in water enough to cover all fruit) and 2 cups cane sugar. cook for ~45 min to hour and chill. strain all fruit chunks out with a cheese cloth or strainer and add to last 3 min of boil.
