Notes

Started with just under 5 gallons of strike water. Strike temp 162 13.5lbs grains and cold bag dropped to and stabilized at 148. Sparged with water temp 160-170 to a pre boil volume of 6 gallons. Squeezed bag. Hop schedule .5 at 45 .5 at 15

OG 1.049
FG 1.014

Has the same green apple flavor as the second hefe brewed. Attributing that to the B44 yeast. Very drinkable slightly dry/crisp finish. Ok head. Good color.
