Notes

SMaSH beer. The orange/citrus from the Amarillo REALLY comes through nicely and matches the color from the M.O. malt.

Overall, it's a really nicely balanced beer.

I increased the dry hops from 2oz to 4oz. to try to add a little more hop aroma. (4/22/2023)
