Notes

Beer recipe is a clone of Deschutes Black Butte Porter.

Chill in the SS Brewbucket, then rack ~1 mL to 5 separate fermenters. Pitch the following yeasts:

  1. WLP080 Cream Ale (half vial)
  2. WY1318 London III (250 mL starter)
  3. WY1084 Irish Ale (half pack)
  4. WY2565 Kolsch (250 mL starter)
  5. WLP028 Scottish Ale (half vial)

    Ferment at 64F for all 5 (place Tilt in one of the fermenters).
