Notes

Sparged with about 3 gallons and then added a little less than 2 gallons. Ended up with around 4 gallons of wort that was too diluted. Evaporation got us into the right ballpark (1.058) with the finishing volume at ~3.6.
Used actual corn sugar dissolved in water rather than belgian candi sugar 2' to supply.

Results:
Look was fantastic. Milky. Most dense, lasting foam I have ever seen, ivory white
Taste: bad, not sure what the off flavors are but it tastes similar to the first homebrews we ever did.
Mouthfeel was very good
