Yeast Starter began on Sunday @ 2:00pm
2 cups water to 1/2 cup DME and placed on Stir Plate.

Using Yeast Calculater from Brewers Friend site, I determined that original Starter did not produce sufficient quantity of active yeast cells. So there will need to be a 2nd starter added to the first.
