Rice syrup solids are Amber Rice malt. 1tsp- amylase enzymes added to mash, 1gr/gallon CaCl to mash. Buckwheat added for foam improvement. Long mash time, slightly higher for gel temp. Next batch will add 1lb. Amaranth, boiled 20min first, to mash. Could also use Loral hops, nice balanced one. |
