Notes

add 2.5g gypsum (get from ubrew) and 15g CaCl and 18ml lactic acid to mash water.

add 350ml maltodextrin 15 minutes in to the boil

for whirlpool hop additions - wait for hour boil to complete and wort to chill to 65-70C then drop all hops in (100g El Dorado/50g Nelson). let stand for 20-30mins then chill to yeast pitch temp (17-23C).

All dry hops (100g El Dorado/50g Nelson) to be added Sunday 16th.
