Hydro sample tastes great. Not too sweet, but definitely under attenuated and full bodied, which is perfect for this type of dessert beer. |

Split into two, 3 gallon kegs. Both fined with gelatine (.5 tsp in .5c each. ) In the Bananas Foster keg, I added 5ml flavoring and 2 oz of Dark Rum. In the Creme Brulee, I added 5ml flavoring and 2 oz Licor 43. Set both on CO2 at 18 psi. |
