Notes

Left in secondary for approx. 8 months.
Transferred to keg and purged oxygen at around month 7. Continued to let sit for an additional month.Needed my fermentor for something else haha!
Added vanilla extract three weeks from carbonation.
Added bourbon two weeks before carbonation.
