WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

3 Gallons water cold in kettle, add grains and bring to 154 F, cut heat and put lid on for 30 minutes.
Drain grain bag for 1 min, do not squeeze.
Add DME and LME and return to heat and bring to a boil.
Add hops as per schedule.
Chill to 70 F to pitch yeast.
Ferment for 12-14 days then bottle and condition for 2 weeks.

**Brewed 8/19 - OG 1.056 FG 1.016 ABV 5.25% - Wasn't as carbonated as I'd like, didn't carry a great head. Not the best one I've made. Original recepie called for Wyeast Kolsch 2565 yeast, maybe try that next year.
