Notes

Add 1 gallon less water than normal. Will add apple juice to boil to make up for it. After mash. Pull one gallon off and add brown sugar to caramelize.

Once caramelized, add back to boil.
Add apple juice at end of boil.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract to end of boil.

Add 1 tsp apple pie spice at end of boil.
