Notes

BIAB half of blended BIAB/Extract NEIPA. Same hop schedule used. All specialty grains are in this half. Five Star 5.2 PH stabilizer was used in mash. This caused soapy/acidic/phosphoric flavors. Another Extract only batch was made to blend with the blended batch to get rid of the off-flavor.
