Ferm temp 64 degrees. Let warm once fermentation is well underway.
Starter 1.5 liters.

Batch 01 did not meet gravity (undershot by 6 points). As a result, hops became dominant. Not bad but I want the malty balance. Will adjust next batch to get proper gravity. I could sell this batch as an altbier. Base recipe adjusted, ensure gravity target (1.056) met.
