Notes

Try and get a nice ripe vanilla bean. Split it and scrape the insides out, add everything (including the scraping!) to a jar and cover with bourbon. The longer the bean sits on the bourbon the more vanilla extract you will have, add to the primary after the krausen has fallen (5-7 days) and give it an extra week in primary before bottling.
