Notes

Brewed on 11/17/11
Steep grains for 15 minutes at 160 F and sparge into brew pot. Add LME and honey. Add Nugget hops. Boils for 30 minutes. Add 0,5 oz Tettang hops. Boil 20 minutes. Add Irish Moss and boil 10 more minutes. Remove from heat and add 0.5 oz Tettang hops.

Bg = 1018 on 12/27/11.
Bottled with 3.15 oz priming sugar

Notes: Nice mellow porter with a kick. Moderate carbonation (English pub) with a good head and lace.
