Notes

Trying an all Cascade pale ale, take 2. Dropped the Munich malt by 100g. Swapped victory for melanoidin and carared. Upped whirlpool hops to 30g.
90 minutes boil to reduce volume, 5 minute hops added at 5 minutes, but no chill adds to bitterness. Whirlpool hops are at bottom of steel fermenter, added the wort in hot (sanitizes nicely), set outside at -10°C to chill.
