The original recipe calls for a different amount on the hops.

  • 1.5 oz Fuggles (reducing this to 0.5 oz)

    Also, the original is somewhat loose on timings, so aiming to adjust the timing during boil as...

  • add LME and DME and bring to boil
  • (60min) boil start
  • (45min) add Kent Goldings hops
  • ( 2min) add Honey
  • ( 1min) add Fuggles hops
  • ( 0min) flame out - allow 3min to pasteurize before cooling wort
  • continue with cooling wort as normal
