Flaked Oats baked in the oven until aromatic. (forgotten)

It was supposed to be 1kg of oats but there was not enough. Only 0.5kg added. instead, 0.34kg of brown sugar.
the final wort = 1.047, 45L, before adding lactose.
after two days add 0.5 kg of malt extract, it will jack it up to 5.1%.
