Notes

The grain bill is too big for starting at 5 gallons. Try starting with 6 gallons and sparge to 6.5 gallons. Buy PB2 on Amazon. Bottle is 16oz... maybe just use the whole thing instead of measuring 13?

Put the PB2 and Cocoa at the bottom of the secondary and siphon on top of it.
