Notes

2 packs of yeast in 2L starter, pitched at 58. Ran this all the way through. Completed fermentation, crashed for 2 weeks, fined it with gelatin and kegged. Needs a little more carbonation, but it tastes awesome. Terminal gravity was as expected.
