Notes

This Brew uses a reverse hop method it really screws with calculators and they wont give you a an accurate reading of bitterness but the beer turns out great. At the end of the boil add your Aroma hops and whirlpool. Let your kettle settle for about 15 min before cooling. When your fermentation starts to slow crush your dry hops to a powder and stir in. This is a great tasting beer I give it a 3 out of 4 stars and the girls can't seem to get enough of it.
