Notes

Brewing notes:

Steep grains in 1.5 gal. of 155° F water for 30 minutes. Remove grains and add 2.5 more gals. of water. Turn off heat and add LME extract. Return to boil. When boiling starts, start hop schedule. Add DME extract at end of boil.

Cool wort with chiller to 80 F. Add sterilized water to equal 5 gallons. Pitch yeast.
