Notes

Classic Australian Sparkling Ale using Collected Coopers yeast built up.

V1.1 This is the same as V1 except increased Boil Addition Hops by 50%.

V1.2 Added more POR at 5-10 minute mark

V2 had the same recipe as V1.2 BUT due to availability Pilsner Malt was used instead of Aussie Ale Malt

V1.3 - Adding a small amount dextrose to dry it out a bit more and also lowering mash temp to 64c for the same reason.
