Notes

Juicy, smooth hazy IPA built for maximum drinkability. A soft, pillowy malt base from oats, wheat, and Cara Gold provides body and light sweetness, balanced with a slightly lower mash temperature and a small sugar addition to keep the finish from becoming cloying. Whirlpool and dry hop additions of Citra and Mosaic deliver saturated tropical fruit character — mango, orange, melon, and soft citrus — with low bitterness and a rounded mouthfeel. Fermented warm with kveik to enhance fruity esters and accelerate turnaround. Carbonation kept moderate to maintain a creamy, “fruit juice-like” texture. Designed to be fresh, aromatic, and dangerously easy to drink.
