This may be down to 1.012 depending on how you read the hydrometer.

Kegged to #7 and #1. Probably had a quart or so left in the fermenter. Perfect! |

Keg #7 filled first.
Keg #1 filled second. Overfilled, actually. Had to purge off some beer via the gas post.
Poured about a pint into a glass and drank most of it. I think this will turn out fantastic! There is a lack of a big hop aroma, but that may be because of temperature? I don't know. |

Gelatined keg #1, left keg #7 as-is. Going to do a gelatin/non-gelatin taste-off. |

Did a Pliny taste-off with a Pliny the Elder that was bottled on 10/21/14.
Mine: longer, persistent bitterness through the end of the taste. Harsher bitterness too. Less hop aroma (and a different, less 'dank' aroma).
Pliny: Smoother bitterness with more hop aroma, maybe due to the amarillo that is supposedly used in dry hopping now.
Color is indistinguishable. They are identical when it comes to color.
I think I need to lower the whirlpool temperature to 180 or so before adding flameout hops and whirlpooling, or just start chilling immediately after flameout. I attribute the weird bitterness to that.
