Brewed on 5/10/2025
Late addition method
Mash grains in 1 gal H2O for 60 minutes
Sparge into brew kettle. Boil 3.5 gallons of wort for 20 minutes.
Add LME, return to boil.
Add aroma hops and Irish moss. Boil for another 10 minutes.
