Cooled a little to quickly but didn't notice because was only measuring the surface temperature, ended up whirlpooling at 63C. Whirlpooling for 15 minutes, we'll see what happens lol. |

Diacetyl in keg 2 at the homebrew fest unfortunately. Dumped it. Oddly enough, when I got home, I tapped the final keg for funsies and didn't experience a single god damn note of Diacetyl... fuckkkkkk |
