Notes

Plan on two 14L mashes with 3kg of grain each. Then combine and batch sparge. Have extra sparge water on standby.

Would like to make a bunch of this for various purposes
1 gallon blood orange and citra/HB - 11g saaz bitter 6g Citra, 6g HB 0.35kg/gallon of blood orange
1 gallon to go onto Rare barrel culture - 11g saaz bitter 6g Citra, 6g HB

1 gallon with 11g Saaz bitter and 12g Hallertau
1 gallons with 11g saaz bitter and 6g Medusa and 6g Brambling cross
1 gallons with 11g saaz bitter and 6g Hallertau and 6g Amarillo

May lightly drip hop these with same late addition hops at 2g/L so 8g total per gallon or 4g of each variety.

1 gallon Pull at end of mash and boil separately, no hops. one gallon un-hopped to go onto rare barrel culture

Graeme wants 2 gallons to making 8 gallons total. Will make a 500mL starter a few nights before, then step it up to 2L total which should give the normal 0.35 pitch rate
