Notes

Tweaked recipe from NSA/ Nov-7-22 (3 gal). Slight modifications to steeping grains and hop schedule. Finished boil @ 4.75 gal. & 1.080 (refract). Transfer to fermenter and topped up (w/tilt) to 1.071 w/ ~ 1 gal. to volume.

Malt forward w/ chocolate and roast notes. Going to be good!
