Notes

So... initially 10.7kg of malt and 26 litres of water...
Couldn't brew.. removed 5 kg of wet malt...
Still sparged with 10 litree of water and then added 1.5kg of sugar to the boil after a reading of 1.065 sg...
Post boil gravity was 1.100sg.. in 22 litres...
Lots of trub tho as filter blocked




Dry hopped with 100g of El Dorado and 100g of cascade after 24 hrs..
