Notes

Trying to make a classic NEIPA with a little calories as possible. The enzyme will make sure that all the sugar is turned into alcohol (at a low abv) and the lack of residual sugar will hopefully be made up for by all the protein malts (oats, wheat, rye)

Last dry hop is done in keg in stainless filter basket. I used the 40g of leaf Galaxy because I had to use it up.
