Step 1 at 149- tun kept temp for full 670 mins. Added 1.3g boiling, but only bumped temps to 155. Decided to add remains water- 3.5g at boiling to rise temps to 165. |

Color, carb especially, great spice/finish from hops. Big fan, though would be nice if beer had clarified like most lagers do. Can see making a double batch with half being an Italian Pils, with same budejovic yeast. |
