WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Beer pours hazy and brown with a nitro-like head. Very thick and creamy mouthfeel. Aroma is strong with the citra taking center stage and the hop aroma is almost transformed into sweet candy like notes. Taste is a bit on the sweet side likely due to some unfermented oat sugars but blends into the overall flavors well.
The malts leave a few things to be desired in terms of color and slight excessive sweetness, but the hops and hop schedule is highly recommended
