Notes

Ferments really aggressively, give it ample head space in fermentor.
Remove the spices after cooldown.
Two cinnamon sticks really provide strong flavor in primary, it will significantly subside after the fermentation stops, to a point I've added two new sticks after violent fermentation ended, and krausen disappeared
