40% maris otter
40% golden promise
15% flaked barley

Just 2g of dr rudi at 60 mins to prevent foaming, then 100g amarillo, 50g galaxy and 50g vic secret for 20 min 80C whirlpool.
Ebbegarden kveik pitched at 30C and rose to 32C. Done after 2 days and then dry hopped twice with 50g galaxy and 50g Vic secret at 20C and 15C.
Pretty stoked with this, second time I've made it (this time with minor adjustments, mostly to water chemistry). Crazy smooth and creamy, with loads of stonefruit flavour (mostly apricot) and mango/citrus.
