Notes

This should be similar to Bells Two Hearted - I used extra pale plus 3 lbs of pale malt to use some of my older grain. On my postboil I got 1.063 and was at 1.043 preboil.

I think I made a mistake...I think 156 was the strike temp and 148 was the mast temp. I mashed at 155 more or less. According to the calculator - I missed 3 points doing this. We'll see.

I also pitched a pack of BRY-97 that was out of date by ~10 weeks - but this is dry yeast. I will say theres no detectable activity after 20 hours...but US-05 can be as slow. I raised the ferm temp to 66F.
